Limited Warranty

In keeping with our commitment of providing quality cabinetry, Quality Cabinets and Interior Renovations, will supply, free of charge to the original purchaser of our "Quality Cabinets" any parts found to be defective due to material failure or workmanship. This warranty consists of an automatic non-transferable 1 year period upon registration.

Should defects in materials or workmanship exist during the applicable warranty period, we will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace the defective material or component free of charge. This warranty covers only components supplied by us and proven defective under normal use and care.

Exclusions: Not covered under this warranty are counter tops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. supplied by third party vendors, or the costs, including labor, to remove and reinstall materials and related components such as fittings, appliances, etc.. Furthermore, this warranty will not apply to cabinets damaged by unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, abuse, acts of God, exposure to moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, or the effects of normal wear and tear.

Natural Wood Doors

Natural woods may vary in color, grain characteristics, and exhibit subtle changes as they age, these characteristics are not considered defects under this warranty. Sunlight, smoke, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may also affect the color match over time. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.

Thermofoil Doors

Heat Damage - Thermofoil coatings are sensitive to heat and may blister or peel when used near dishwashers, ovens, stove tops, toasters, coffee machines, etc. Metal heat shields can be used to prevent this problem. but are not always successful and tend to break up the clean lines of the cabinets symmetry. Repairs or replacement of cabinetry, and or cabinet doors, damaged by excessive temperatures are not covered under this warranty.

Water Damage - Resulting from extreme moisture, condensation and moisture formation where condensation is caused by excessive in-house relative humidity or by appliance-generated steam vapors. Repairs or replacement of cabinetry, and or cabinet doors, damaged by water are not covered under this warranty.

Repairs or Replacement

If a component is to be replaced, we will endeavor to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable product style of the originally purchased style.

The repair(s) or replacement(s) are contingent upon the current product offerings of styles and construction options at the time of the warranty claim.

• Thermofoil - The replacement of new materials for those as may be defective may result in a color variance in comparison to the originally installed laminates due to slight color or texture changes by laminate manufacturers and is not indicative of a defect. we reserves the right to substitute such laminates as are then being manufactured and is only obligated to match color and quality with such products as it is manufacturing at the time of replacement.
• Natural Wood - If components are replaced, we cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the components in the original product. This is due to the changes that occur during the woods' natural aging process, affecting its color and grain.

THIS WARRANTY IS AN EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. -This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia. The warranty statement contained in this limited warranty is the only express warranty extended by our company for the products sold. It is expressly agreed that the customer's exclusive and sole remedies for resolution provided in this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the defective products purchased. We shall not be liable for incidental and consequential damages, caused by third party vendors, occurring to the purchaser or end user's property or business. The price stated for the products is a consideration in limiting seller's liability. No action regardless of form, arising out of the transactions under this agreement, may be brought more than one year after the cause of action has occurred.
